The position involves working in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy holidays and weekends, so flexibility and the ability to compartmentalize and complete tasks efficiently are essential.
As a Barista Associate, you will be the face of our cafe shop, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, delivering exceptional customer service, while ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests. Your primary role will involve preparing and serving delicious coffee beverages and food items while ensuring a clean and organized workspace. You will engage with customers, be attentive, take their orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.

We are looking for FOH Associates to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee, tea, smoothies, Milkshakes and support our kitchen staff. Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders.
To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates. You should be able to work various shifts and holidays. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent drinking experience for our guests.
