Description
This course focuses on all the details you need to make a delicious flaky pie!
Our chefs break down key concepts for successfully making your dough and creating your fillings. Students will work in pairs to make, assemble, and bake their own pies two ways; traditional and hand pies. Flavors rotate seasonally featuring more berries in the warmer months and autumn flavors in the cooler months
What To Expect: Great cooking is about more than recipes—it’s about techniques.
In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- Classes are from 3pm -6pm and 3 hours
- You will work with other students in groups of 2-4
- Hands-on classes are limited to 8-10 students
- You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have hair tied back and covered
- All supplies and ingredients included
- Students receive a coupon good for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class
