In this hands-on class, we’ll teach you the techniques of how to make two brunch classics: Quiche. No need to reserve them for mornings, though, they’re delicious at any time of the day!)
Quiche is the perfect savory pie to add to your breakfast, lunch, or dinner. At Crave, we serve quiche every day of the week. This Quiche class features Quiche Lorraine, Sage Sausage, Sun-dried Tomato; however, if you have an allergen to an ingredient, let’s talk and select a specialty quiche flavor.
We’ll start by making your pie dough and roll it out. Then we’ll make a rich custard filling of eggs, milk, cheese, and savory filling, and bake it for a delicious dish your family will ask you to make again and again.
You’ll leave the BAKE! class with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, and the quiche you made in class.
In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- Classes are from 5:30pm -8:30pm and 3 hours
- You will work with other students in groups of 2-4
- Hands-on classes are limited to 8-10 students
- Classes are available to guests age 10+
- Guest ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
- You will take home what you make/bake ( 1 Dozen Classic Size Cupcakes)
- We will provide aprons and towels.
- You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class, so please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes
- Your hair must be tied back and/or covered
- All supplies and ingredients included
- Students receive a coupon good for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class
