Shipping & Delivery

For shipped orders, macarons are carefully packed and sent using overnight or two-day delivery in insulated packaging with an ice pack to help maintain quality during transit.

The ice pack may be partially or fully thawed upon arrival; this is normal.

Storage & Serving

For best quality:

• Refrigerate upon arrival and enjoy within 5–7 days
• Or freeze for up to 4 weeks
• Allow refrigerated macarons to sit at room temperature for approximately 10 minutes before serving
• Allow frozen macarons approximately 30 minutes before serving

Because each macaron is handmade, slight variations in color, shape, and decoration are part of their artisan character.
