Franchise FAQs
Questions Worth Asking.
These answers provide an introduction. The current FDD and franchise agreements control the terms of any offered opportunity.
Do I need to be a trained baker?
No. Crave’s current franchise page explains that owners can receive select cafe products and connections to the supplier network. Training and operating support are part of the development process.
What are the investment and financial requirements?
Crave does not currently publish those figures on this webpage. Applicable fees, estimated investment ranges, financial qualifications and other material terms must be reviewed in the current Franchise Disclosure Document and discussed with the franchise team.
How long does it take to open?
Timing varies based on qualification, site selection, lease negotiations, design, permitting, construction, training and other local factors. The franchise team can discuss the expected process after learning about your market.
Which markets are available?
Market and territory availability must be confirmed directly with Crave. An inquiry does not reserve a market or guarantee approval.
What support does Crave describe?
The current program describes guidance for real estate and site selection, lease and buildout planning, contractors and equipment, hiring and training, soft opening and grand opening, marketing, operations, performance review and supply-chain connections.
Does submitting an inquiry create an offer or commitment?
No. An inquiry begins a conversation only. A franchise can be offered solely through the applicable legal process, including delivery of the current FDD where permitted.

Moreover, we will not offer to sell franchises in those states unless we have registered the FDD (or obtained an applicable exemption from registration) and delivered the FDD to the prospective franchisee in compliance with applicable law.
